Empower Me offers a range of services & support through a gender-responsive lens to meet girls' unique needs.  Our psycho-social educational and resilience-based support is designed to help girls feel confident, empowered and resilient!

Social-Emotional Skills & Empowerment Groups 

Girls and young women will benefit from connecting with peers in a supportive and empowering safe space.

Structured, interactive and fun sessions with other girls and young women where they will learn & share.

Girls are assigned to groups with girls similar in age/grade

Sessions are 45-60 mins depending on age/grade

1:1 Girls Support Sessions With Dr. Gould

Girls and young women will benefit from working with Dr. Gould to receive individualized support to help them build social-emotional skills, resiliency and confidence. 

                      Online (virtual) 1:1 Support & Empowerment Groups 

In-Person Groups  (Boca Raton, Florida)
