Our girl-centered & gender-responsive pedagogy training equips educators & staff with practical tools, strategies, and approaches to create safe and supportive classrooms where girls feel empowered, confident, and supported to reach their full potential. 

Our interactive professional development workshops helps teachers & staff to recognize gender dynamics that shape learning, build more gender equitable classrooms, and foster environments where girls’ voices and all students’ feel are valued.

Grounded in evidence-based research from education, developmental psychology, and gender studies, our trainings focuses on social, emotional, and academic factors  that uniquely impact girls’ learning & experience. 

Educators learn how to design curriculum, employ gender-responsive best practices , and create girl-centered learning environments in ways that promote belonging, resilience, leadership, and agency.
