                   Girls Groups & Teacher-Staff Training 

Empower Me partners with schools to strengthen girls’ well-being, confidence, and leadership through on-campus Girls’ Empowerment & Social Skills Groups and professional development for teachers and staff. 

Our girls groups provide a safe, supportive space where girls build healthy friendships, practice communication skills, develop resilience, and learn tools to navigate social and emotional challenges. 

To complement this work, our teacher and staff trainings equip educators with practical strategies rooted in girl-centered and gender-responsive pedagogy helping schools foster classrooms where girls feel seen, supported, and empowered to succeed. 

Together, these services create a more inclusive school environment where every girl can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
